1. Seller Registration
   Sellers must provide valid business details, including GSTIN, PAN, business address, and contact information.
   Verification of your account is mandatory before you can start selling.
   Multiple accounts under the same seller are not allowed.

2. Product Listing Guidelines
   You may only list products that comply with Indian laws and Jumble Carts permitted categories.
   Prohibited products include counterfeit items, illegal goods, hazardous materials, or items that violate intellectual property rights.
   Product listings must include accurate descriptions, clear images, and correct pricing details.

3. Order Fulfillment
   Sellers must process and ship all orders within 48 hours of order confirmation.
   Approved courier partners must be used for shipping to ensure order tracking and on-time delivery.
   Timely fulfillment is essential to maintain your seller account.

4. Packaging and Shipping
   Products must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
   All sellers are expected to comply with Jumble Carts' packaging standards.
   Shipping charges will be calculated as per Jumble Carts' shipping policies.

5. Payments
   Payments for delivered orders will be settled within 7-10 business days.
   Payment transfers will be made to the seller’s registered bank account after deducting applicable fees and commissions.

6. Returns and Refunds
   Sellers must accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
   Jumble Carts’ return policy applies to all sellers.
   Reverse shipping costs will be charged to the seller in cases of product defects or errors.

7. Fees and Commissions
   Jumble Carts charges a small commission on every successful sale.
   Any applicable taxes or fees will be outlined in the seller agreement.

8. Seller Responsibilities
   Ensure products meet high-quality standards and accurate descriptions.
   Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
   Maintain excellent order fulfillment rates to avoid penalties.
   Selling fraudulent, prohibited, or illegal products will lead to suspension or termination of your account.

9. Performance and Compliance
   Seller performance will be reviewed regularly based on customer feedback, order delivery time, and return rates.
   Repeated violations or non-compliance with Jumble Carts policies will result in account suspension or termination.

10. Account Suspension
    Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraudulent activities, or non-compliance with Indian laws.

11. Intellectual Property
    Sellers must only upload products, content, or images they own or have the rights to use.
    Listing counterfeit or trademark-infringing products is strictly prohibited.

12. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes related to orders, payments, or returns can be raised through the Seller Support Team for resolution.
